ജനുവരി 26 : റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ദിനം 

1950 ജനുവരി-26 ന് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഭരണഘടന നിലവില്‍ വന്നതിന്റെസ്മരണ പുതുക്കാനാണ് എല്ല്ലാ വര്‍ഷവും നാം റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ദിനംആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്. അന്നാണ് ഇന്ത്യ സ്വതന്ത്രപരമാധികാര രാഷ്ട്രമായത്.ആദ്യ രാഷ്ട്രപതിയായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട രാജേന്ദ്രപ്രസാദ് ഭരണഘടന അംഗീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഒപ്പിട്ടു. അങ്ങനെ 1950 ജനുവരി 26-ന് ഇന്ത്യ ജനാധിപത്യ സ്വതന്ത്ര പരമാധികാര രാഷ്ട്രപദവിയിലേക്ക് വന്നു. അതായത് ഒരു റിപ്പബ്ലിക് രാജ്യമായി മാറി. ജനങ്ങള്‍ സ്വയം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന ഭരണത്തലവന്മാരാല്‍ ഭരണഘടന അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തില്‍ ഭരണം നടത്തുന്ന രാജ്യമെന്നര്‍ത്ഥം. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട സംഭവമായതുകൊണ്ടാണ് എല്ലാ കൊല്ലവും ജനുവരി 26-ന് റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ദിനം വിപുലമായി നാം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്.

ഈ ദിവസത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യം നിലനിർത്താൻ എല്ലാ വർഷവും ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ ന്യൂ ഡെൽഹിയിൽ വൻ സൈനിക പരേഡുകളും സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികളും നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. സൈനിക പരേഡ് രാഷ്ട്രപതി ഭവനിൽ തുടങ്ങി രാജ്‌പഥിൽ കൂടി ചരിത്ര പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ചെങ്കോട്ടയിൽചെന്ന് ചേർന്ന് അവസാനിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മൂന്ന് സേനകളായ കരസേന, നാവികസേന, വ്യോമസേന എന്നിവരുടെ സൈനികർ അവരുടെ മുഴുവൻ ഔദ്യോഗിക വേഷത്തിൽ ഈ ദിവസം പരേഡ് നടത്തുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യൻ സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ പരമോന്നത നേതാവായ രാഷ്ട്രപതി ഈ സമയം ഇതിന്റെ സല്യൂട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതു കൂടാതെ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക വൈവിധ്യം കാണിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പാട് കാഴ്ചകളും ഈ പരേഡിൽ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. കൂടാതെ ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യോമസേനയുടെ വിമാന സൈനിക പ്രദർശനങ്ങളും ഈ ദിവസം നടക്കുന്നു.

REPUBLIC DAY SPEECH 

Good morning to all. . As most of us understand that we’ve gathered here on the very special occasion of our state called as Republic Day of India. I would like to narrate a Republic Day address before you. To start with I want to say a good deal of thank to my course instructor as just because of her I have got such a fantastic opportunity in my college to come to the stage and speak something about my beloved nation on its amazing event of Republic day.

India is a self-governing nation since 15th of August 1947. India got freedom from the British rule on 15thof August in 1947 which we celebrate as Independence Day, However, on 26th of January since 1950 people celebrate as Republic Day. This season in 2016, we’re celebrating 67th republic afternoon of India.

Republic signifies the supreme power of the people dwelling in the country and just people has rights to elect their representatives as political leader to lead the nation in appropriate direction. Thus, India is a Republic country where people elects its leaders as a president, prime minister, etc.. Our Amazing Indian freedom fighters have fought much to the “Purna Swaraj” at India. They did so that their future generations may live without struggle and headed nation forward.

They fought continuously against the British rule to make India a free nation. We can never forget their sacrifices towards our nation. We should remember them on such great events and salute them. It has become possible simply because of them that we can think out of our own head and live openly in our country without anybody’s force.

Our first Indian President was Dr. Rajendra Prasad who stated that, “We find the whole of this vast property brought together under the jurisdiction of one constitution and one union which takes over responsibility for the welfare of more than 320 million women and men occupy it”. How shame to state that still we are fighting with crime, violence and corruption (in the kind of terrorist, rape, theft, riots, strikes, etc) in our nation. Again, there is a need to get together to save our nation from these slavery as it is pulling our nation back from going into its main stream of development and progress. We ought to be aware of our social issues like Poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, global warming, inequality, etc so as to solve them to proceed.

Dr. Abdul Kalam has said that “If a nation will be corruption free and become a state of amazing minds, I strongly feel there are 3 key societal members who can make a difference. As a citizen of this country we ought to think critically about it and do all possible efforts to direct our nation.
